Advantages of Having a Healthy Diet Plan

I’m having myself disciplined for three weeks now. I’ve started eating the right food which consists of vegetables, fish and fruits. I know I should be eating balanced foods so I just take minimal amount of carbo and red meat. I learned several years back that less rice would mean less excess pounds especially if you do it at night when your body has the least of activity. I started limiting my overnight works and try to sleep regularly for 6-7 hours. I took advantage of my job’s relax mode so when the tasks came pouring down again I already set my healthier sleeping and eating plan. I got accustomed to my new diet plan and it’s doing great to my body not just for slimming down but for my health as well. Before I started this one I was having problems with my breathing which is due to excessive pounds I gained. Maybe my body wasn’t accustomed to having that much weight so I’m feeling a bit sickly last month.

Now to add to my ever growing search for a healthy and fit regimen I‘ve found FitClick, home of the best online calorie counter and food journal which I badly need to monitor my calorie intake for the day. The food journal is a lot of help because there are suggestions of meals to take on breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner with corresponding nutrients and number of fats and calories.
